HOW TO IDENTIFY STROKE ? FOUR EASYWAYS.

According to Neurological experts, if a person has had a stroke and receives treatment within 3 hours, they would be able to save them and return them to normal condition. All one needs to know is how to identify a stroke, and once you know it has happened - rush the person to the hospital immediately, so they can be saved in time.

So how do you identify a stroke?

At times, it can be quite hard to identify the symptoms of stroke. Unfortunately, this may lead to brain injury and death.

Today, neurologists recommend 4 simple steps to identify if the person has had a stroke:

1. Ask the person to smile.

2. Ask them to say a simple sentence and repeat it a few times.

3. Ask them to raise their arms above their head.

4. Ask them to stick out their tongue. If the tongue is crooked, meaning leaning to the right or left, that is a clear indication of stroke.

If the person has trouble doing ANY of these, call the emergency number right away and describe the symptoms so they send an ambulance.

பாவனி ஸுரபிச்ரேஷ்டீ தேவி துப்யம் நமோஸ்துதே ||.

Sarva kaamadughae daevee sarvateerthaabhishaechanee
Paavani surabhishraeshthee daevee tubhyam namo(o) stutae

அர்த்தம்:

எல்லாத் தேவைகளையும் பூர்த்தி செய்பவளே! எல்லா தீர்த்தங்களாலும் அபிஷேகம் செய்யப்படுபவளே! மங்கல வடிவானவளே! பெருமைக்குரிய காமதேனுவே! உன்னை வணங்குகிறேன்'' என்பது இதன் பொருள். 

பலன்:

இதைச் சொல்லி பசுவை வழிபட்டால், முன்னோர் சாபம், குடும்ப சாபம் தீரும். பிதுர் ஆசி பூரணமாக கிடைக்கும். பசுவிற்கு அகத்திக்கீரை, பழம் கொடுத்து வழிபட்டால் நம் பாவம் தீரும் என்பது ஐதீகம். குடும்பத்தில் தடைபட்ட சுபவிஷயங்கள் விரைவில் நடந்தேறும்.
பழமையான கோயில்களில் செய்தால் மிக மிக சிறப்பு.

Meaning:

May the prayers be upto you, the sacred cow,the fom of devi, Who bestows all wishes one way aspire, who is sanctified and Bathed by all the holy waters, who emanates around her a very Sweet smelling atmosphere and frees anyone from sins and purifies him/her.

Om poornamadah poornamidam poornaat poornamudachyatae
Pooramasya poornamaadaaya poornamae vaavashishyatae ||

Om Shanti!  Shanti!  Shanti!

Aum, he is the whole without parts (full - poornam). He is called complete and whole.  If anything is taken out, that also is complete and whole. What remains is compelte and  whole such is para Brahman.   Let us meditate upon that perfect “he”.

காயத்ரீம் துளஸீம்  கங்காம்  காமதேனும் அருந்ததீம் |

பஞ்ச மாது: ஸ்மரேந்நித்யம்  மஹாபாதக நாசனம் ||

Gaayatreem tulaseem gangaam kaamadhaenum arundhateem |
Pancha maatuh smaraennityam mahaapaataka naashanam ||

The following five mothers, whose names when remembered daily, destroy in to the very serious sins committed by One ‘Gayatri, Tulasi, Ganga (the ganges) kamadhenu (the celestial
Cow) and arundathi.
